Kyrie Irving's signature shoe will live on.

The NBA player established a partnership with Chinese sportswear brand ANTA on Tuesday in order to carry on his sneaker heritage. In addition to having a trademark shoe, he also joins the company as Chief Creative Officer as part of a relationship that will create a number of youth camps in China and the United States.

According to Boardroom, Irving will use ANTA's Shock Wave 5 sneaker until his first signature shoe with the company is prepared. Irving just agreed to a three-year, $126 million contract extension with the Dallas Mavericks. The shoe is anticipated to debut in 2024's first quarter. His agreement with ANTA is for 5 years.

Klay Thompson and Gordon Hayward are also ANTA athletes.
